They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance (your life support), Stamina (how fit you are), Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy (how you move). The RE:Born program has been developed to enhance an individuals competency at all physical tasks, Therefore making your life easier, more efficient and pain free. Our clients learn to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges...sounds familiar just like LIFE itself I guess? Aside from the breadth or totality of fitness the 180 Degree program seeks, our program is distinctive, if not unique, in its focus on maximizing the best response, developing power, cross-training with multiple training methods, including functional movements, and the development of successful diet strategies., we do not just hope for results we guarantee you will get the RESULTS you want. |
Fifty AND a Granny??
This couldn't possibly be happening to me.... Determined not to add unfit and flabby into the mix, I turned to James at 180 Degrees for help. With his amazing training and food & lifestyle advice, I have dropped two trouser sizes and am still dropping. Suddenly the 50 and the Granny things don't seem so bad!!
